Zhoxxyy Awards: A focus on the leading gymnasts of 2024

The Zhoxxyy Awards were inaugurated in 2022 without a fully serious approach. However, upon deciding to proceed, I recognized the necessity of selecting nominees based on their accomplishments throughout the year. To encompass a diverse range of gymnasts, this year features seven categories: one for the All-Around and one for each of the six events in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG). It was possible for one name among four gymnasts in each category. The 2024 Olympic Champions received substantial votes in six out of the seven categories. Notably, Hashimoto Daiki emerged as the victor on the High Bar, despite not securing the gold medal in Paris, thanks to his performances during the remainder of the year.

Votes were conducted on Instagram from December 13th to December 15th.
