These are the rankings of male gymnasts who competed between 2021 and 2024; they include 4 competitions:

65 gymnasts won at least one World or Olympic medal during this period.

In order to adequately evaluate the significance of each medal, a bonus system has been implemented. A bronze medal does not hold the same value as a gold medal, and the Olympic Games are esteemed as the preeminent event for any gymnast. Consequently, each medal possesses a distinct worth contingent upon the type of competition:

For example: a silver medal won on the Pommel Horse at Worlds is worth 2+1=3 points
A gold medal in the All Around at the Olympics is worth 3+2+2=7 points

• The total number of medals conferred at the 2024 Olympic Games, as well as at the World Championships of 2021, 2022, and 2023, has been compiled for each gymnast, accompanied by the principal titles they secured during these three years.
  
  
• Hashimoto Daiki is recognized as the leading contender due to his outstanding records at the three World Championships.
  
  
• Zhang Boheng also exhibited outstanding performances at the World Championships in 2021 and 2022 and secured three medals in Paris.
  
  
• Zou Jingyuan, Liu Yang, Rhys McClenaghan, and Stephen Nedoroscik are the highest-ranked event specialists, all ranked in the Top 10.
  
  
• Illia Kovtun is the highest-ranked male gymnast without a gold medal at the Olympics and World Championships (#10)
  
  
• Zhang Boheng is the highest-ranked gymnast without an Olympic gold medal (#2).
